Day 1, Monday Oct 9/2017 Leaving Canada
- Depart for Germany, Iceland air.

Day 2, Tuesday Oct 10/17 Arrive Munich airport
– Bus ride to Fuessen,
- Check into Luitpoldpark-Hotel
Day 3, Wednesday Oct 11/17
- Music seminar: 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM
- Workshops for the four sections: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- PM Visit to Altstadt and Hohes Schloss or Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau.
- Evening choir practice: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM if needed.
Day 4, Thursday Oct 12/17
- Music seminar: 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM
- Workshops for the four sections: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- PM Visit to Tour Basilica, St. Mang and Lechfall Schloss or Linderhof and Oberammergau
- Evening choir practice: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM if needed.
Day 5, Friday Oct 13/17 Morning departure for Lake Garda festival,
- Arrive in Garda check into hotel.
- Hotel to be confirmed by Festival organizer with a few weeks.
- Bus ride via Innsbruck, Bolzano and Trento. 4.5 Hr. – 361 km. Innsbruck for Lunch.
*Day 6, Saturday Oct 14 - Choir parade,
- Opening concert - 8:30 PM
*Day 7, Sunday Oct 15 Rehearsals and competitions
- Individual Coaching
- Evaluation performances
- Friendship Concerts
*Day 8, Monday Oct 16 Rehearsals and competitions
- Individual Coaching
- Evaluation performances
- Friendship Concerts
*Day 9, Tuesday Oct 17 Conductor and Jury meeting,
- Grand Prize competition
- Award Ceremony
*Day 10, Wednesday Oct 18 closing.
*Note: The exact detailed schedule for days 6 – 10 will be announced
by the Competition Organizers after registration is closed, sometime in July /2017.
Day 11 Thursday 19/2017 departure for (Mayrhofen),
- check into Hotel Rose
- Breakfast at the Hotel. (Garda)
- Load the Bus and go to Mayrhofen.
- Check into Hotel Rose for 4 nights
Day 12, Friday Oct 20th. (Mayrhofen)
- Breakfast at the Hotel. Tour possibilities Stausee….
- Day tour to Innsbruck - Tours are optional (to be arranged)
Day 13, Saturday Oct 21. (Mayrhofen)
- Concert in the evening/social evening with Mayrhofen choir.
- Dinner- Farewell Dinner
Day 14, Sunday Oct 22. (Mayrhofen)
- Last day of trip , activity to be decided on.
- Sing at the Church service Sunday morning.
- Bus to take travellers to Hotel in Erding
- Farewell Dinner in Erding
Day 15, Monday Oct23(ERDING) 1okm to airport
-Breakfast at the Hotel.
-Bus will take travelers to Munich Airport 11:30am
-Depart for Canada
